Nadia raised an eyebrow at the way the working air-con seemed to be attracting people, but didn't speak. If asked, the teen would introduce herself, but unless she had a snide comment to pass off, Nadia made a habbit of not speaking to people until they spoke to her directly - never the most social girl.
Her gaze, however, was drawn to the board in the newest girl's hand. It had wheels? Who used wheels anymore? What kind of primative world was she on?

Ash turned to look at the girl who had just arrived before he had. Skateboard. That board reminded him of his motorcycle that he was fixing. He'd probably never finish fixing it now. How did it remind him of that? Wheels. Wheels, and being homesick on top of that. Nearly everything reminded him of home here, but he wasn't home.
He had to toughen up and say something to get his mind off of being homesick. "Ashton. My name's Ashton, but you can just call me Ash. So, uh, glad to know I'm not the only person here."

Ashton and Nadia both seemed to be looking at her board, and she raised an eyebrow. "Something...the matter with my skateboard?" She asked. Sure it wasn't all that common for californians to skateboard, but how would they even know where she was from? She shook her head, shoving away the thoughts before she became more paranoid about her family finding her than she already was. Of course if the Huntsgirl knew of Nadia's solar surfer, she'd probably flip out. Getting air like that was something she had only dreamed about.
When it seemed it was her turn to introduce herself she sighed. "I'm uh, Julliette." She said. making friends wasn't exactly her strong suit. Most where divenaway by her tomboyish attitude or slightly rough edges. By now Julliette had stopped trying.

"Well... it has wheels." Nadia fell silent for a moment after that, as if that in itself explained everything. It didn't take long for her to realise that her answer probably wasn't satisfactory. "We don't use wheels much where I'm from."
Now the girl did fall silent again as she took a couple of steps into the room - just enough that she wasn't standing right in the doorway incase anyone else was going to come in.

"It has.... wheels?" She asked, looking at Nadia as if she was an alien. "Where exactly are you from?" She asked. She'd say the past but... the way she was dressed didn't seem to agree with that notion. Plus she didn't seem odd enough to be from a completely different time, at least not far back enough to be before the wheel had been invented.
"I mean, just out of curiousity...." She added on after awhile. If there was one thing Julliette hated it was when people tried to pry into her personal life (though that could just be because she lived a double life), she didn't want Nadia to think that was what she was doing now.

"Planet Montressor." Nadia replied, shifting position so that she was propped against the wall by a single elbow. "No-one there's used wheels since..." she shrugged. "I don't even know." With casual skill, she used one foot to flip her own board into the air - wincing as she stubbed her bare foot in the process - and caught it in her free hand. "This is the sort of thing we use." She inclined her head to indicate the rocket thrusters mounted at the back of the board.
"What sort of outdated planet are you from?"

Ash decided he'd say his viewpoint on why he was looking at the board. "Nothing's wrong with it, just reminds me of my motorcycle back home. Dad's probably burned it down by now." Ash said with a rather grim look on his face. After he said that, he thought a bit more on what Nadia said.
Outdated planet? Well, Ash could understand that. From what his mom said, humans traveled throughout the galaxy. Probably his inspiration to do something exciting with his life was everything his mom did and told him. But there was also his dad and his revenge trips that constantly involved the police. He looked at Nadia's board and was fascinated. "We got nothing like that back on Earth. Alright, sure, we've got it several other planets, according to mom." Maybe it wasn't a smart move for Ash to mention his mother. But he was probably dead anyways, right? He didn't know, all he knew was that if you came from another planet, and you asked Ashton who his mom was, his answer would probably make you think he was crazy.

Earth. She should have figured. Maybe that's where they were right now - no wonder the technology was so old. "My mom's from earth." she commented. "Never been there myself." A shrug acompanied the words. "Unless that's where we are now." She raised her voice enough for everyone in the room to hear. "Anyone know what planet we're on here?"

"We are probably on Earth." Melody replied. She had been watching the conversation silently and decided it was time to speak back up. The princess remebered that Nadia had said that her mother was from Earth. That was wierd too. Her mother looked like her, and was from Earth.

"Hm." Nadia nodded noncomittaly. "Damn, I'm never going to find parts for my board here." If nothing else, Earth was famous for its outdated technology, so the chances of her being able to repair her board were practically nonexistant until some sort of rescue force showed up - and since not even she knew how she'd got here, any rescue would take a long time coming.
As she fell silent again, Nadia found her gaze wondering back to Melody. Now that girl was a puzzle. She looked just like a younger version of Mom - which was impossible. There was no way to reverse time - at least so far as she knew - so the only logical conclusion Nadia could reach was that this girl was a clone of her mother... or else the resemblance was complete coincidence.
She didn't believe in coincidences that big.

"I'm agreeing that we're on Earth. There aren't all that many planets that look like this is what I'm thinking." Ash agreed with Melody. "Or at least, according to mom. She's been nearly everywhere. I think she mentioned one that was a lot like Earth? Vi-" Ashton cut himself off from finishing his sentence. "Anyways, I'm sure we're on Earth."

Lidia nodded in agreement. "Earth might be the most logical place we could be..." she said nervously. So many people, she was not used to it. "Are you not from earth?" she asked Nadia.

"Montressor." Nadia replied shortly, returning to her inspection of her board. It was going to take a mircale to fix the thing with nothing but earth technology avaliable.

"Mom didn't mention Montressor. She mentioned, oh, what were they? Noveria, Eden Prime, Feros, Therum, and... and... and Virmire." Ash said anxiously. He hated the last one on his list, but quickly changed the conversation instead of saying why. "But, what's Montressor like?" Strange. Talking about something he was interested in with girls made him less uncomfortable. Or maybe he just didn't want to get asked about certain things if he fell silent all of a sudden.

"I never heard of them." Nadia shrugged. "Montressor's... it's a mining planet. There's lots of quarrys; quite a few abandoned mines. Other than that... it's basically just a big dead rock. Great for solar-surfing, though." she added, indicating her own board.
