[Elanna]

The smirk on Elanna's face grew "I thought as much." she said "I do know how to hunt and I can fight...you can't rule a kingdom without a pride, you'd not last five minutes on a throne. Let us stay in the cave with you and we'll hunt and help you protect the border." she suggested.

She still didn't like Swafi, he was Kiara's son and that was enough for her, but she needed somewhere to sleep as did the others and so that meant she had to bargin with Swafi. It was either living with him or dying out on the savannah.

[Swafi]

Swafi snarled his nose in disgust. It was plainly evident he didn't like the idea of this agreement any more than Elanna did but....he had to admit (to himself) that he really didn't know how to hunt; in fact he'd not really ever planned on learning how. That was a girl's job. And Elanna WAS a girl...maybe she'd hunt for him. "....Fine. But I'm still the leader. I'm still the KING." He put emphasis on this last word. Elanna wasn't bossing him around any time soon, nosirree.

(lol this is fun. I like the interaction between Elanna and Swafi lol)

[Elanna]

(I do too ^^ I can see a lot of fun times ahead with these two)

"Fine." Elanna replied but she had no intention of letting Swafi boss her around, he could delude himself into thinking he was king but she wasn't about to treat him like one. What was worse washe had no clue about the war or any of the events after...it might not make much of a difference to him but it mattered a lot to her.

"By the way, if you think I'm going to ca you 'your majesty' then you'd better think again." she warned.

[jade]

Jade smirked and gave a tiny laugh at the interaction of the two. She stood up tall and proud. "May i be apart of your pride as well? i am strong and brave. I will show no mercy to our enemies." she said her eyes narrowed.

[Swafi]

"Fine. You can be our fighter." Swafi ordered, unwilling to argue with another female. They just talked too dang much. "And you, you can hunt, cuz I'm starving." Swafi said to Elanna. He then turned to head back toward his rock nonchalantly, not taking heed of the consequences of his rude and very direct orders. "I was about to eat supper before this whole weird thing happened, the lionesses had brought back a kill. Which stinks cuz I was going to go eat...."

[savannah]

Savannah was alone nobody wanted her as a mate or a friend so she sang a song while walking in

the grass :" Shadow land.... it was our home the river dry the ground has broken

So ... so I must go and when the journey that lead me now its gone I 'll forget my

familiy but I 'll remeber my pride ...."

she tought what if there 's a king who wants her as a queen but maybe not ? .

[Elanna]

Elanna rolled her eyes at Swafi "'Gee, thanks Elanna' oh, no problem Swafi." Elanna said sarcastically, easily loud enough for Swafi to hear her before slinking off into the long grass to hunt. She was starving too, she hadn't had a proper meal since she'd been dragged into this insane world.

It wasn't long before she spotted a herd of zebra and wilderbeast. Instinct kicked in and she slunk, her gold fur almost invisible against the savannah grass, her sapphire eyes locked on a young zebra that had wandered away from the main herd. She stalked silently forward, feeling like a real huntress, her mother had only taught her how to hunt generally and she had taught herself the rest.

She broke cover and it ws over in seconds. Jaws locked around the zebra's throat until it had went limp in her bloody jaws. She roared to the sky, a signal that dinner had been caught.

[Swafi]

Swafi followed at a safe distance, watching the female cub. Secretly, he was impressed. She already knew how to hunt and she wasn't much older than he was? That was something else. Swafi was under the impression lionesses didn't learn to hunt until they were grown up.
Haughtily, he trotted closer when she'd brought the calf down safely. "Great job Elanna, great job...now if you don't mind." Actually, he didn't care if she minded or not. Without even looking at her, he trotted over to the carcass and began to eat.

[jade]

Jade stood proud, glad to have a job. She normally stayed at home with her mother and father practicing her hunting skills, but now she was happy. She had friends and possibly some kind of family

[Wendy]

"What have we got here?" a voice asked. Another cat emerged. Pink eyes observed the scene. "Elanna." Wendy aknowlaged. She had known the lion cub from her old world, she was so much fun to tease. "Joining a new pride?" she asked, smirk on her face.

[savannah]

Savannah was broken hearted so much she didn't knew what to do so she slept a little in the

goldenish grass of the plains with a cry on a tears no body wanted her .

Elanna rolled her eyes at Swafi and began to eat from the carcass herself, she didn't care if Swafi threw a fit. It was her kill. She at ravenously, it felt good to have a solid meal of zebra in her stomach instead of making do with a clump of bones and fur that a squirrel provided.

Then her eyes caught something on the horizon, a speck of gold. It was moving towards them, slowly, and looked to be constantly stumbling.

"Swafi." Elanna's voice was sharp "We've got company."

[Swafi]

Swafi growled and tried to push Elanna out of the way as he tore greedily at the zebra's carcass. After all, that's just how it worked. The king always ate first and the lionesses and cubs fought over what was left. He didn't even care that Elanna was the one who made the kill. She was a girl, so she ate after he did. It was just common sense!!
However, her sharp tone of voice made him look up. "Huh? Where?"

[Elanna]

Elanna motioned toward the approaching creature, which was actually another lion cub she realized as it got closer. It was always stumbling every few steps it took and sometimes would stop, turn its head in a particular direction and then continue toward them again.

"Over there. It's another cub...I think." she said "Maybe it's injured?"

The cub's features could now be made out more clearly, golden fur with the typical pridelander anatomy and greenish eyes. It was a girl. Another female.

Swafi rolled his eyes. Oh great, ANOTHER girl. Although that did mean another huntress for his pride. The less he'd have to hunt for his own meals. A smirk crossed his face at that thought. "Greaaaaat," He drawled in a sarcastic tone, "She'll be peerrrfect for my pride. You could always use a lackey to boss around when you're hunting for me right." He cast a smirk in Elanna's direction. "Sure it won't be as hard on you now that you're not the only one."
