Appearance: Bright gold fur (which gave her, her name) with lighter fur around her muzzle, belly and toes. She has grey/green eyes and are very different from normal lions and a dusty pink ‘pridelander’ nose.

YOUR PERSONALITY
Basic Personality: Jia is the quiet one of Kiara and Kovu’s cubs. She tends to keep herself to herself and only really opens up to Choga, Kala, her mother, father and grandparents. She has a very low self-esteem due to both her disability and the fact that she thinks is not as pretty and smart as Kala or as brave and strong as Chaka.
Likes: Choga, listening to stories, going on walks in the savannah, her siblings, her parents
Dislikes: Being teased, her blindness, not being able to hunt or play as well as others.
Fears: Being left alone in her dark world.
Hopes and Dreams: Her main dream is to be able to see the stars at least once in her life, even if she knows this will never happen.

YOUR STORY
History: Jia was the last born of Kiara and Kovu’s cubs and she was born with a horrifying disability. She was blind. This meant that she would need around-the-clock care from her parents and the pride.
For most of her cubhood she was looked after either by her mother or Kala and was often teased by Chaka. Once, Chaka played a trick on her, he left her alone in the savannah only a few feet from Priderock. Alone and scared, she couldn’t find her way back to Priderock and wandered off into the savannah where she met Choga.
Choga helped her return to Priderock by climbing onto her head and steering her in the right direction by tapping her ears. Jia begged Choga to stay with her, as she didn’t have many friends, and Choga agreed.
One day, she was lying on Priderock and suddenly she felt the world shift around her, before she knew it was in a place full of strange smells and sounds.
JUDGEMENT
Sample Post: Jia didn't understand waht was going on. She didn't recognise any of the scents or sounds...she was used to using her other senses to compensate for her lack of sight but she really wished she could see where she was. She wasn't at Priderock anymore, that she did know.
Her head turned left and right although her eyes saw nothing but unending darkness. She was trapped in her own dark world and no one was going to help her. She'd have to do it alone.
