Pondering (Open)

(OOC - this thread takes place on Day 1, anybody can join in)

Lucky jr decided to investigate the beach, however once alone he couldn't help but ponder about Penee's alternate reality where a major war broke out. Alot of questions he had on his mind but obviously with no answers. His thoughts later shifted toward Fantine's reality where their parents apparently abandoned them for other mates. "I wouldn't even imagine how it would feel like to be shunned." Lucky jr said to himself as he sat on the beach and watched the waves come in.

[Tally]

Tally batted idly at the sand as she walked along the beach. She didn't understand this place she'd found herself in, but she didn't feel comfortable here, and she wondered where Flash was now. Or if any of her siblings had ended up here as well. She wouldn't bet on it, she thought. She was likely all alo...

Well, not quite. She could make out the shape of another dalmatian pup, sitting further down the beach. The waves were reflecting the sunlight behind him, so she couldn't make out any details - but even from his silhouette, she could tell it wasn't anyone she knew.

Tally decided to give him a wide berth. While he may have a clue as to just how they'd come to be here... meeting new people was not something Tripod's daughter enjoyed. At all. She should just keep to herself and scout out the entire island alone, she thought. She kicked at a small stone lying on the sand with her paw - unintentionally flipping it straight towards Lucky jr, to thump softly against his rear. Tally's eyes widened - there was no way she'd get past him unnoticed now.

[Lucky Jr]

Lucky jr blinked as the stone hit him in his rear "huh?" he looked around trying to figure out where it came from "Okay I'll bite, who threw the stone?" he asked, he expected at least it to be somebody like Dash or maybe Kickstand, he hoped it was Kiona before he noticed Tally. "Another dalmatian?" he said to himself before he decided to approach Tally

[Tally]

(OOC: Wait, if he knows who Kickstand is, shouldn't he at least recognise Tally, even if she doesn't know him?)

Tally retreated as the other pup approached. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean it!" she exclaimed worriedly, continuing to back away. She HATED meeting new people under awkward circumstances - and this had to be one of the worst yet.

"It was an accident." she repeated, rather pathetically.

(OOC: Yeah though he doesn't know she's not from his universe)

Lucky jr blinked "Tally??" He said surprised to see his cousin but he remembered, not all was as he knew since meeting Cupid and learning about a dark alternate future for his family, and then the alternate future Penee spoke up involving a big war. "It's okay, no harm done." Lucky jr told Tally. "I know this question will sound a bit akward but do you know me? Cause I know you." Lucky jr told Tally hoping his test would work

Becca had decided to tour the beach. She always loved the beach there was always a chance she could make a sand castle or chase some seagulls. The fresh air was extremely invigorating to her. She saw LJ and walked over happily to say hi. But, then she saw a face. A face she had not seen in what felt like forever.

TALLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY" Bella cried out joyfully and ran toward her sister hoping to tackle her over in a glomp.

Lucky jr blinked as Bella showed up and glomped Tally "Hey there Bella" he said to Bella as he watched her glomp Tally.

[Tally]

"Hey, Bella!" Tally laughed as she was tackled, all awkwardness momentarily forgotten as she hugged her sister back. "What... how did you get here? Have you seen anyone else?" questions were pouring from the pup's mouth before she remembered that the male pup had asked her one of his own. Disentangling herself from Bella, she looked at Lucky Jr, confused, then shook her head, instantly shy again. "Are you one of Eros' brothers?" she asked, a slight blush touching her cheeks as she mentioned the name of her secret crush. She'd never actually met many of Uncle Lucky's pup save for Eros himself - and only then because he was Kickstand's best friend - and poor Danae.

[Lucky Jr]

"Eros? Nope can't say I know anybody by that name." Lucky jr answered Tally though he wondered, half brothers? Seems this verison of Tally wasn't the version he knew. "So where's Kickstand at?" Lucky jr asked, he expected his cousin to be here somewhere unless he was necking with Kiona somewhere.

[Tally]

"I don't know." Tally admitted with a shrug, still rather shyly avoiding eye contact. "You two are the first people I've found since getting here." Wherever here was, anyway.

"You don't know Eros?" she repeated, starting to hop form one foot to the other, already having got bored of standing still. And, as usual when she coundn't keep still, she became a little more talkative. "Kickstand's BFF? Uncle Lucky and Aunt Becca's son? You don't know him?"

(I don't even know Eros. :Embarrassed beyond belief:)

" He comes from some alternate universe Tally. I know it sounds odd but if I remember correctly he knows us but in his world he is Uncle Lucky and Aunt Two tone son. So maybe Eros doesn't even exist in his world because he's Lucky and Two tone's son. Not Lucky and Rebecca. Yeah, it sounds weird to me but I think that's why he doesn't know Eros. I see no other reason why he doesn't know Eros. Eros is such a cool guy."Bella said

[Lucky Jr]

Lucky jr nods "Yeah, in my place my dad Lucky mated with my mom Two-tone and not Rebecca, although Miss Spot told us about DeVilville, our dad however when we asked him said he never been to DeVilville or met Rebecca before, I think it's because of some curse or something." Lucky jr shrugged

"Although your parents uncle Tripod and aunt Cadpig got together too and had pups, Kickstand and I are kinda rivals for Kiona's love." Lucky jr said to Telly.

[Tally]

"Who's Kiona?"

Tally was now pacing back and forth in front of Lucky, impatient to be on the move and doing something again. She shook her head. A world without Eros? Who did her alternate self have there to have a secret crush on, then? Dismissing the thought before it could cause her to blush again, she addressed another question she'd thought of.

"So... you're Danae's brother, right? Or does she not exist in your world, either?" Tally hoped Danae was alright, if she'd been brought here as well. She honestly was kind of fond of her cousin, deformed though she supposedly was.

[Lucky Jr]

"No, but me and my sisters heard of her from a dalmatian named Cupid." Lucky jr told Tally before blinking "Wait, you mean Kickstand never told you about Kio?" he tilted his head. Seems this wasn't the Tally he knew back home. "We met one of Danae's littermates, a dalmatian named Fantine. Somehow mom and dad shunned them for some odd reason but I can probably guess why when Fantine attacked my sister Charm." Lucky jr told Tally.

[Tally]

She shook her head again. "No. Who is she?"

She had stopped pacing now and resumed her hopping from foot to foot. Standing still... she hated it. She couldn't even do it for longer that five minutes. "What's so odd about it, though?" she asked quietly. "They were all deformed. Everyone except mom and dad shunned them. Danae ain't so bad, though, not really." she was kicking up stand with her paws as she struggled with the lack of activity.

"Can we walk or something? This standing around is killing me!"
