I would be under the impression that the answer to that is yes, though the children of Pokemon themselves would be under serious scrutiny.
Say, Chinook, about the houses and other buildings. Are they stocked and supplied with food, clothes, jewelry, and the like?

Would siblings from the same universe live under one roof? Like Leah and Xia? Especially since Xia is only 7 and probably can't live on her own XDD
