(Day 2. This is a character development thread for the human children.)
Previously, Sef had encountered some older children on the island. But once again, the kid found himself alone. He didn't mind having this part of the city to himself, but after a few hours of spraying graffiti on the walls (Sef had found a few discarded spray can bottles and went crazy), he was beginning to feel bored. Sef picked up a brick and hurled it at a nearby window. It smashed into a zillion shards. The boy smiled, feeling very accomplished. He would have been beaten over the head with a broomstick if he tried this at home! Sef grinned and picked up another brick. This was so much fun! No guards were around to arrest him, his mother wasn't around to scold or threaten him, no teachers, no bullies, no adults! Minute by minute, Sef was beginning to appreciate his new freedom. No more school! No more chores! No more trouble!
Once he ran out of bricks, Sef decided to take the mayhem up a level. He took some matches out of his pocket and started playing with them.

"Playing with Fire?" A cold voice rung out. She had been previously watching the little trouble maker with little intrest. Leah was never one to cause meaningless trouble, she'd rather look at the big picture of it all. If it wasn't useful in the path to world domination she didn't bother. She sensed this guy had power. It needed some refining, that was for sure, but he had the potential to be great. "Didn't your mother ever teach you not to play with matches?" She asked slyly. As if she really cared.

"Huh?" Sef immediately dropped the matches and turned, failing to notice the growing flames inching toward his cape. He stared at the girl, wondering what to make of her. She didn't seem too dangerous, but on the other hand, Sef's judgement definitely needed some work.
"I can play with matches if I want." Sef replied defiantly. "And my mom wouldn't mind." Liar. His mother would have slapped the matches right out of hand and grounded him for the rest of the week. Which Sef never considered fair, since Mother often used fire to torment captives.
"Anyway, who are you?" Sef asked, crossing his arms. "Didn't I see you yesterday, or was that someone else?"

"Yeah, I'm sure your mother would be absolutely thrilled to see you set yourself on fire." She said sarcastically, a wicked smirk played on her red lips as she caught site of the fire about to set fire to his cape. He didn't look to be less than a year younger than Leah, and yet he had the intelligence of her seven year old sister. Or at least in Leah's mind.
"You mean with that group of kids?" She asked. "yeah, but they weren't to my liking so I split." She said looking at her nails. Truthfully, she had gone off in search of Ryuu or Xia, and maybe Sasha. She didn't mind being alone, but it would have been easier to know how to get home with them here.

"What are you talking about? I'm not going to set myself on-" Sef wrinkled his nose, smelling smoke. Odd... "Hey, what's that smell-ARGH!" The kid jumped a foot in the air, terrified by the flames. He desperately tried to stomp out the fire with his boot. "Oh no...oh no...oh no...OH NO!" Unaffected by the stomping, Sef quickly screamed a water spell. Drenching himself, the flames sizzled before finally going out. After examining his cape, Sef frowned. Great, first I get blood on my clothes, now half my cape is gone!
"Hmph, point taken." Sef muttered in defeat. He wrung out his cape. "Yeah, I didn't like them either. A few of them were ok though." He shuddered remembering how some of them were obsessed with shopping.
"So, what's your name? I'm Sef!" he introduced.

Leah began to laugh wildly at Sef's display. Seeing people suffer was one of her favorite things to do. She raised an eyebrow at his spell, so she was correct, he did have magic in him. Sure, her fun at laughing at Sef was gone but she had gained new information on someone here. "To each his own." She said boredly. "But in my oppinion the lot of them were idiots. Not to mention they can't take a joke. Especially princess pouty face." She said mocking Lien's reaction to her haresh demands. Growing up the way she did she didn't see the problem with being demanding or mean.
"Anyways, Leah Young. Pleased to meet you." She said slyly, exactly the way she' seen her dad do. The girl was too much like her father for her own good. "Nice spell, by the way." She said. Of course she'd seen her father do better with Heylin magic, some of which she knew herself, but before he could teach it all to her she ended up here.

Rynder silently cursed under his breath. He knew that voice, it was Leah Young. Chase's daughter and the girl that made evil look like a joke. He hoped that she wouldn't notice him not yet anyways.
"LEAH!!!" a voice yelled. A young girl Rynder recongized as Leah's younger sister Xia came running up excitedly

As she waited for the boy to respond to her introduction she couldn't help but feel another presense among them, she was about to question it when her name was shouted, breaking the silence. "Xia?" She asked looking around, finally spotting her baby sister running up to her. "Hey squirt, I was wondering when you'd show up." She said smirking playfully. She expected her siblings to be here, she just didn't expect to find them so easily, after all the size of the island was still undetermined but Leah assumed it was large.

Xia stuck out her tounge playfully. "When did you get here?" she asked. "Who's this?" she glanced at Sef curiously. "Is he our friend?"
Rynder snickered, little Xia had always been full of mysterious questions and he wondered how the family didn't get sick of it. Adjusting his baseball cap over his hair, hoping that it remained covered he stepped out to join the others, still feeling uneasy about seeing Leah again.

"I got here yesterday." She said with a roll of her eyes. "Same time as everyone else." She finished giving a sharp-toothed grin to her little sister. At all of her questions her reptillian eyes rolled again as she placed a hand over her sister's mouth. "One question at a time, Xia." She said laughing slightly. "This is Sef, I just met him. And I suppose it would be up to him now wouldn't it?" She said. "Though after meeting you I think he might pass on that." She said jokingly. The only time she was ever nice to anyone was when she was with her little sister. Xia's happy little attitude was almost contagious, sometimes it even ot her dad to be nice every once in awhile, which still surprised Leah to this day. She eyed the new boy and smirked slightly. "Well, Well, well. What do we have here?" She asked teasingly as she recognized the boy as the son of Raimundo and Ami. "Long time no see, Pinky."

It was bad enough having her be here but now he had just pratically told everyone about his pink hair. "Say it louder i don't think the other half of the island heard you, dragon breath." he growled. "Just because my hair is pink doesn't mean anything. I am still going to be stronger than you and your siblings!" Xia had to giggle at this. Rynder was the biggest showoff ever. "I am going to be the strongest!" she said

"Really? Well, since you asked so nicely: Rynder Onuki has pink hair everyone!" She yelled. "It's not a secret." She said with a roll of her eyes. "you get it from your stupid mom." She said glaring. Her parents hadn't told her the full story but Leah, being the evil little girl she was used a Heylon memmory recall on her mom. Boy did she get in huge trouble for that. But in Leah's oppinion it was worth it, and ever since she discovered the full truth she hated his mother. Though she should be thanking them, she wouldn't be here had his dad not broken her mom's heart. "And if you call me dragon breath one more time I just might have to strangle you." She growled. "The strongest what?" She scoffed. "You're nothing special. In fact I bet I could beat you without lifting a pinky. In FACT I bet my 7 year old sister could do the same."

"You leave my mom out of this!" Rynder growled, his green eyes flashing dangerously. "Don't go blaming my mom for my dad's mistake, its not her fault!" if sparks could fly, then the scene probably would have been filled with them. "and for your information, i am going to be the strongest dragon warrior ever!"
Xia smiled. "I got competiton! Yay!" she said jumping up and down excitedly

"Let's compromise," She began "I'll blame them equally. The day my dad suceeds in ridding the world of those two he'll be doing the world a favor. Maybe if you grovel i can get him to spare you, though." She said teasingly. This guy had the temper of her mother. Then again, so did she. "Oh but don't worry, I'll make sure you're very comfortable in your prison cell." She said with an evil chuckle. She then rolled her eyes at her baby sister. "No Xia, it's only competition when he stands a chance." She said smartly. She wasn't exactly happy that her sister was a chosen one. In fact she hated it, it meant she'd one day have to make the decision to hone her skills and become a Xiaolin Warrior, or stay with her family and be evil. But if it meant she could irk Rynder further she'd use it . "Now I assume you're here because you want to find a way back to your little Mommy, no?" She asked, once again teasing the pink-haired boy.

Rynder growled again. He was about to say something more but that would only encourage her. He was not a momma's boy, of course Leah would be more than likely to call him that no matter what. "Actually...no i am not here to look for my mom or dad. I don't need them to hold my hand, i like it here. and i hope i never need to go home."
