"Well, they do now. But we just got out of a 100 year long war where the Firenation tired to control the world. My dad, the avatar, and mom stopped him with the help of her dad and aunt Toph and uncle Sokka." She said remembering the stories her uncle Sokka would tell her and her siblings, much to her mothers displeasure. She could sense tha her sister wasn't fond of bing related to Ozai and Azula and frowned. "But the Firenation royal family is nothing like that anymore." She said, purposefully aiming that comment at Lien.
Julliette, on the other hand was not listening to the war story and was instead much more interested in the dragons he mentioned. "Dragons? Wait what dragons.. are there any here?" She demanded. If there was one she'd find it and finally slay her first dragon. Something hit her suddenly. If he came from a world with Dragons, was he from her world?

Veronica pouted as the others seemed to ignore her. Sure, she was interesting, when her money talked for her, but in a world without money, nobody seemed to care. She drifted slightly off to the side, wrapping her arms around herself. Now they were all talking about magic. The only magic she knew of was the magic of money. She just didn't know what else to do besides just drift into the background. It wasn't in her nature, but what was there left for her?

Rob nodded, but didn't get a chance to respond to the two girls. Instead, the one girl he'd been successfully ignoring had an outburst about dragons. Rob slowed a bit, to turn around and look at the girl fully, giving her a long stare, but hadn't entirely stopped moving.
"Yeah... one of my parents are half dragon..." he said, a little hesitantly as he inspected her outfit. It'd seem Rob didn't entirely understand what her deal was with dragons. He was aware of the ice cream shop not too far from them though- slowly approaching it now.
((ooc: I think it'd make for amusing rp if Julliette assumed Rob was a dragon too... XDD ))

"Did someone say dragons?" William laughed as he jumped from a rooftop. He descended slowly by use of his heli-pack. As he became level with the ground, he raised his goggles, chucklingly sinisterly. "I know about dragons."
He stomped on the ground as he turned his heli-pack off. "The name's William! William Spicer, all you pathetic mortals!"

Julliettes eyes widned and her mouth curled into a snarl under her mask. Technically her sibling and father was a dragon too, but that didn't man she liked them. In fact it wouldn't be too far from the truth if someone said she hated her family. "That must mean you're a dragon too!" She said coming to the conclusion. Without waiting for confirmation, she got into a fighting stance waiting for the dragon to make a move.
She wouldn't let this one get away like she did her sister. It would be different this time.

Lien raised an eyebrow at the strange boy then scowled, she'd show him what a 'pathetic mortal' could do. Her hand flew to the cork of her water pouch. She could practially hear Sozu urging her to calm down, so with a remarkable amount of restraint she didn't uncork her water pouch.
"Hello to you too." Lien managed through clenched teeth.

Rob distractedly turned to look at... William's display. absentmindedly still trying to talk to Julliette. He'd removed his hands from his pockets at some point, and eventually came to a stop, turning around to face the girl, though green eyes followed William incredulously, looking t him although he were crazy. Eventually he turned back to the girl.
"So what if I am?" he asked with a shrug, eyes narrowing, "What're you hiding under that mask?" he countered, a little harshly. "You're pretty well covered to be asking questions." he added, hands readied at his side in case glow was needed to be summoned. He might have given the wrong impression- he wasn't a dragon, but he also didn't like answering to people when they demanded information from him.

William walked over to the girl and noticed the canteen by her side. He placed his goggles over his eyes, and they glowed a bright green. "Well, seems you have some sort of understadning on how to use electromagnetic principles to manipulate the hydratic fluids made from the combination of hydrogan and oxygen."
He lifted his goggles again. "Almost reminds me of uncle Omi."

To keep myself safe from the likes of you and your kind." She growled. "All magical creatures will fall under the huntsclan" She said smirking through her mask.

"Yes. I am a waterbender." Lien all but growled at the boy. Thumb rested on the cork, only one second and she could hand this boy his behind on a silver platter. Still she didn't uncork the water pouch. She wasn't going to provoke a fight even if she really wanted to.

Rob's stance had changed dramatically from the first time Julliette had begun talking to him about dragons. But by the time she'd finished her last sentence, his arms were at his sides, and feet parted comfortably for quick movement from his spot if needed.
"Well don't get your ninja suit in a bunch." he shifted his face into something of a scowl, "I'm not dragon." he assured her, but darkly. Not meant to be convincing, as it was thick with impoliteness. "Take your mask off chick, you're keeping your identity from a bunch of people who don't care." he advised, waving his hand at her dismissively and turning to continue walking.

"And water will only do so much, even if you can manipulate it like a blade." He shrugged. "But I have no quarrel with you." He placed his hands on his hips. "So, what is this place?"

Kaya had had enough of the 'evil boy genious' and scowled. "What would you say If I could manipulate the blood in your body and make you my little puppet?" She asked a look of malice in her blue eyes. She'd never actually use that technique, much less on an insect like him, but if it would get him to stop being such a cocky bastard then so be it. "That's how much water can do."

Rob didn't care much for the kid as much as the girls did, but he was a little less aggressive about it. "You tell us, boy genius." he said without breaking his stride. But at Kaya's comment about using his blood to manipulate him into a puppet, Rob stopped abruptly, turning his torso to look at her, "You can do that?" he asked, sounding somewhat disgusted as green eyes locked on Kaya.

Veronica turned as she noticed the two arguing. She fumed as she walked over to the ninja girl and Rob. "Would the two of you SHUT UP!!!"
She clenched her fists. "Look, if we're trapped on an island, then the last thing we need is people killing each other. It's like that stupid book... Lord of the Flies or whatever!"
